Museum Le Grand Curtius at Chapeau stand

The Chapeau/Maastricht Region stand at TEFAF PAPER (stand 707) is organizing an exhibition on several religious works from the 15th, 16th and 17th century from the museum Le Grand Curtius in Liège. The museum is situated only 20 minutes by car south of Maastricht, accross the border with Belgium. There you can discover 7000 years of art and history. More than 5200 items displayed in chronological or thematic order. Multilingual virtual guides (images and text). Only closed on tuesday. At TEFAF the museum will present several religious works, made from alabaster. They were made in the city of Mechelen. Also the museum will present some paintings, like ‘the Landscape’, by Colson, 1828.
