The restaurant of the only female star chef in Limburg (Belgium and the Netherlands). Margo Reuten has proudly worn that star since 1999. At restaurant Da Vinci, in the port of Maasbracht, she serves contemporary dishes with a classic basis and look. With an eye for detail and the will to continuously improve herself, she knows how to surprise loyal fans and new guests with her never-ending enthusiasm and friendliness.
Da Vinci is run by Margo Reuten and her (business) partner Petro Kools. While Reuten has been enjoying herself in the kitchen for 30 years, Kools has been building a unique collection of wines for at least as long. Consequently, Da Vinci’s cellar holds some 11.5 thousand bottles of wine, a total of 1250 different varieties. And that collection is at least as impressive in content as in size; here you will find monumental wines of various vintages from traditional and new wine regions.
