Gastrobar Dock 5, located on the quay of ‘t Bassin, the oasis of calm on the edge of the Sphinx Quarter. A place to dream away at restful harbour views in fine weather, in the cold winter months in the intimate vaulted cellar.
Dock 5 is run by chef Yordi Kortenray and his partner and hostess Daniëlle. A place to enjoy shared dishes composed with care in an approachable way. The selection is select, so the chef ensures that all the flavours that pass the revue can be freshly prepared. To execute his world-oriented flavours, the chef deliberately chooses as many regional products and local suppliers as possible.
Dock 5’s menu formula offers options for every taste and time of day; choose one or two shared dishes for a tasty drink, or go all out for a full-blown lunch or dinner.
