Restaurant Ralf Berendsen is located in the prestigious hotel La Butte aux Bois (*****) in the forests of Lanaken and is named after the chef who has headed the kitchen there for more than a decade. He has taken the restaurant to a top level with two Michelin stars and four caps with 18 points Gault&Millau.
Berendsen always challenges himself and his team to bring the most intense flavours to the table with dishes that easily get more than 20 acts.
