De Goei Goesting, a fixture in Hasselt. Located on the ever-bustling Zuivelmarkt, Dirk Hendrickx’s restaurant has been offering a formula that seamlessly combines easy accessibility and refined food for over 20 years. The concept of de Goei Goesting has remained unchanged for years: French-Belgian cuisine with a menu full of – by now famous – small degustation dishes. Perfect for with drinks, to share with table mates or just to enjoy by yourself. Always served in combination with a good glass of wine.
De Goei Goesting’s menu is adapted four times a year, based on the seasons. Classics such as sole, tenderloin, lobster and steak tartare invariably have a place on the menu. Apart from lunch and dinner, De Goei Goesting also serves breakfast.
Apart from enjoying the restaurant, which was restyled in 2017, de Goei Goesting offers a lovely terrace where you can dine for hours when the weather is nice, as well as a space for groups of up to 45 people to gather.
