Pakhoes is the restaurant of the Wolfs family and has been a household name in Maastricht and far beyond since 1989. In a warm and romantic setting, a kitchen brigade led by patron-cuisinier Guidy Wolfs combines the fundamentals of classic French-Belgian cuisine with international and contemporary influences. Craftsmanship here is reflected in perfect cuissons and finger-licking sauces.
At the front of the restaurant, the rest of the family, namely (guest) wife Yvonne, son Yves and daughter Stefanie, ensure that their guests – often loyal guests who have been coming here for years – lack for nothing.
When the weather is nice, Pakhoes’ terrace is a great place to hang out: central in bustling Wyck and yet just around the corner from the hustle and bustle. With views of the Het Waterpoort and the river Meuse, you can easily imagine yourself on holiday in a picturesque southern French town here.
