Owner and chef Jaap van Wijck found the key to success in introducing breakfast culture to the Limburg capital, in a place that originally has a magnetic effect on passers-by. Here, Van Wijck brings a freely accessible part of the hospitality industry to top level. That means everything pure, fresh and local where possible, always beautifully prepared plates, not-quite-ordinary, thoughtful flavour combinations and always keeping up with the latest trends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not only in the open restaurant itself, but also on Van Wijck&#8217;s terrace, which is open almost all year round. This part of Wyck is always pleasantly busy.
