In this decor, a team led by Tolga Karayazgan serves a colourful and fragrant culinary journey to Turkey, where almost the entire team has its roots. For lunch or dinner, choose from one of two formulas here. For instance, you can indulge in a three- to four-course MIDI menu, where the table is richly filled with surprising meat, fish and vegetarian dishes that give the setting a festive feel and let guests enjoy a range of flavours and textures together. The other option is \u00e0 la carte: this gastronomic adventure begins with a tray presentation of cold and hot mezes directly at the table. Apart from fresh ingredients – mostly from Turkey – the main dishes incorporate many flavour components.<\/span><\/p>\n
