During that journey of discovery, mainly regional ingredients and (modern) French cooking techniques with occasional Asian influences pass by.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dining, and on Sundays also lunch, is available here in the form of a three- to five-course menu. In addition, Prix de Rome also carries a beautiful a la carte menu with beautiful signature dishes by the chef. Where it is also possible to eat just a main course while enjoying a nice glass of wine. Noteworthy here is the sublime price-quality ratio: here you can enjoy high end.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luca, who is now ma\u00eetre of the restaurant, takes care of a beautiful wine list with regional wines as well as fine classics from Burgundy. Camille and Raisa, Wouter&#8217;s two right-hand men, together with the rest of the team, ensure a fantastic culinary experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apart from dining in the restaurant, there is a sun-drenched, and thus very popular, terrace in summer.
