As Limburg&#8217;s first starred restaurant, Au Coin even grew to become one of the baking mats for classic French cuisine in Limburg and far beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since spring 2020, a new, fresh wind has been blowing through the historic building on the corner of Maastricht&#8217;s Ezelmarkt. Timo Reichelt and Lino de Vrede are taking over Au Coin des Bons Enfants with the aim of bringing the restaurant back to the very highest level. To achieve that, they are modernising where necessary, but above all they are preserving the authentic elements to preserve the soul of the now listed building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This golden combination of classic and modern is also reflected in the kitchen, where Timo Reichelt seamlessly combines influences from classic French cuisine with his own German roots and Mediterranean touches.
