Restaurant Ralf Berendsen is located in the prestigious hotel La Butte aux Bois (*****) in the forests of Lanaken and is named after the chef who has headed the kitchen there for more than a decade. He has taken the restaurant to a top level with two Michelin stars and four caps with 18 points Gault&Millau.<\/span><\/p>\n

Berendsen always challenges himself and his team to bring the most intense flavours to the table with dishes that easily get more than 20 acts. Those who taste langoustine, foie gras or lamb with him will experience an amazing adventure of sophisticated flavours. This combined with a very wide selection of top wines makes for a unique gastronomic experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The chef forces himself to keep raising the bar so that the kitchen keeps innovating.<\/span><\/p>\n
