Host Yannick Bouts and ma\u00eetre Harald Oostenbach ensure a warm welcome and in the restaurant, sommelier Koen Lammens knows which wines go best with the food. These are from chef Gary Kirchens, who radiates ambition and always wants to move up a level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although he adapts to the prestigious aura of the castle, he does not take the classic style too far, so that we remain in the present. For example, with a grilled octopus with samphire and kohlrabi with a sauce of saffron.
