In the middle of the restaurant is a large open kitchen like a cooking theatre. This creates a lot of liveliness, which is reinforced by the many customers who come here for lunch and dinner with visible pleasure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chef Koen Somers has been awarded a Michelin star for years running. He provides some oriental influences in his classically trained cuisine, as with the rouget barbet with chorizo and paprika, and also with the Wagyu with paksoy and aubergine.
