With an eye for detail and the will to continuously improve herself, she knows how to surprise loyal fans and new guests with her never-ending enthusiasm and friendliness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da Vinci is run by Margo Reuten and her (business) partner Petro Kools. While Reuten has been enjoying herself in the kitchen for 30 years, Kools has been building a unique collection of wines for at least as long. Consequently, Da Vinci&#8217;s cellar holds some 11.5 thousand bottles of wine, a total of 1250 different varieties.
