This is where the Dutch chef&#8217;s roots and his Canadian ma\u00eetre wife come together for an unforgettable culinary journey around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chef Edwin&#8217;s cuisine is best described as New Dutch Cuisine and recognisable by the use of as many vegetables and herbs from his own herb garden as possible. If the ingredients are not from his own garden, most of them are organic and natural.
